Transport connections are excellent: the bus stops right outside, and the nearest tram line is just around the corner. You can reach the main train station, Augustusplatz, Leipzig University, or the zoo within minutes. The city center is a 15–20 minute walk away.

Green spaces are close by as well: Reudnitzer Park, Lene-Voigt Park, and Friedenspark with the Botanical Garden are perfect for a stroll or to relax. Sports fields, beach volleyball courts, and playgrounds are also within easy reach.
