The small apartment is on the 4th floor, unfortunately the house does not have an elevator. A variety of cultural institutions, numerous cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, small boutiques, bakeries and other shops are almost in front of the door. The minimum rental period is 6 months.
