Ideale Wohnung für Pärchen und Studenten im ländlichen Raum aber unmittelbar in der Nähe der Stadt. Durch die gute Busverbindung ist man in 5 min. im Zentrum. Anfahrt ist auch per Auto möglich mit eigenem Parkplatz.
Die Wohnung ist in 3 Bereichen (exklusive Bad/WC) aufgeteilt. Neben einem Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich ist das Esszimmer mit der Küche verbunden. Jacken und Schuhe sind extra in ein dem kleinen Eingangsbereich nach der Haustüre zu verstauen. Die Wohnung ist schon eingerichtet und möbliert. Im Sommer ist es außerdem angenehm kühl den ganzen Tag über.

In der Früh kann man ein angenehmes Frühstück mit Morgensonne genießen. Besteck und Küchenutensilien zum Kochen sind vorhanden.

Ich vermiete vorübergehend meine Wohnung da ich im Ausland bin.
