Small modern studio with a separate terrace or balcony is located in center of Kassel, directly at the Uni-Kassel campus and 200m from State Hospital and is especially comfortable for University guests and visitors, or travelling on business. It is quite, secure and very central place, downtown with all shops, cafes and restaurants is just in front of the campus. It is few minutes walking distance to the Auepark , Fulda bicycle road, Museums und Theaters etc

When you are going to stay longer, you may register at this address and have free of charge parking at the street near to the house. It is a quite house, using or exercising any musical instruments, and pets are not considered. For any guest beyond 1 extra fee 90 Euro per month will be quoted. During winter season 1.10.2024-1.05.2025 extra 72 Euro per month will be extra quoted for heating.
