Minimum stay: 6 Months. Our beautiful flat is located just a minute's walk from the Ostpark in a 100-year-old house in a traditional Kaiserviertel district. It was recently renovated and is furnished in a modern style. If you want to do something in the evening, the nearby Kaiserstraße offers many restaurants and bars. The flat offers a large living and dining room with open kitchen, a large bedroom and a bright daylight bathroom. There is an adjoining hallway with a wardrobe.

Our flat is about 60 square metres and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in Dortmund. A fully equipped kitchen offers you the possibility to cook something. Pots, a pan, plates and bowls are also provided. Of course, you can also enjoy a coffee or tea. Salad bowls and cutlery are also available.
