It is a very quiet house in a very nice apartment close to nature and yet located in the city center near Bauhaus. Here you live very privately.

The neighborhood The colorful estate houses are located along a wide avenue with many trees in a quiet side street. The city bus leaves from the end of the street and connects the estate with the entire city center. It is also a short walk to the supermarket, Bauhaus University, Junkers Museum and bakery. A bathing lake, cycle paths and lots of greenery are all around.
