This spacious apartment is fully furnished and has 120m2 very well distributed. It also has 2 terraces from where you can enjoy the sunny days that Barcelona offers.
The day area is located on the first floor, has a spacious and very comfortable living room from where you can relax on the sofa and watch your favorite programs, or maybe share a drink with friends on the furnished terrace waiting for you.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and high-end appliances you need to cook from your arrival, such as ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and even coffee maker to enjoy those morning coffees. The kitchen opens to the space through the bar that is integrated to the dining room. On this floor you will also find a full bathroom with shower.
On the second floor you will find the sleeping area, which consists of 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, open closet, is exterior and has access to a balcony. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, closet, desk, is exterior and has access to a private terrace. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.

Located in the center of Hospital de Llobregat, in a very quiet area surrounded by green areas such as Can Buxeres Park and Les Planes Park. The shopping center La Farga, is located 1 minute from the apartment.
The nearest metro stations are located 4 minutes away: Carrilet (L1/L8), which has several train lines, and Rambla Just Oliveras (L1).

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
