This 50 m2, fully renovated, 2-bedroom under the roof apartment available to rent is located in a quiet neighborhood of Forest/ Vorst (SW of Brussels), next to Avenue Molière, Rue Vanderkindere, ...

The 3rd floor apartment has a cozy living room with a sofa bed, a TV, a dinner table and an open, fully equipped kitchen (cooking furniture, tableware, a dishwasher, equipped laundry). The first bedroom comes with a double bed and many storage possibility and closets. The second bedroom is a mezzanine (low roof) with double bed, storage and low closets.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a sink (with storage) and washing machine.

On Rue du Zodiaque, students and professionals are conveniently located, next to different known locations; bars (Bar du Matin, L’Altitude), restaurants (Schieve Lavabo) and parks (Parc Duden, Parc de Forest). You are also well-connected, surrounded by several bus and tram lines (3-4-51). To satisfy all your shopping needs, you’re next to some grocery stores, organic stores in Rue Vanderkindere, or next to the big shopping streets in the center of Brussels (15min by tram).
