The Apartment We are subletting our personal, high-end apartment for a limited period. This is not a standard holiday rental, but a fully equipped home designed with love and attention to detail.

Living & Dining: High-quality oak wood flooring with underfloor heating runs through the apartment. The heart of the living area is a luxurious open kitchen and a custom-designed solid epoxy wood dining table. The apartment features a full Smart Home system (Alexa).

Sleeping: There are two spacious bedrooms, offering privacy and comfort.

Bedroom 1: Large double bed (180 cm).

Bedroom 2: Double bed (140 cm).

Bathrooms: Two separate bathrooms create a spa-like atmosphere, both equipped with bathtubs, rain shower systems, and heated mirrors.

Amenities: Elevator access is available. A washer and dryer are provided in the apartment for your convenience.

Location The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of "Kreuzkölln" (Treptow border), offering the best of both worlds: peace and quiet at home, but just steps away from the vibrant life.

The famous Landwehr Canal (Paul-Lincke-Ufer / Maybachufer) with its many restaurants, weekly markets, and cafés is just around the corner.

For recreation, both Görlitzer Park and the expansive Treptower Park are only a few minutes away.

Wohnen & Essen: In der gesamten Wohnung liegt schönes Eichenparkett mit Fußbodenheizung. Das Herzstück ist die luxuriöse offene Küche und der designte Esszimmertisch aus Massivholz und Epoxidharz. Die Wohnung ist mit einem Smart-Home-System (Alexa) ausgestattet.

Schlafen: Es gibt zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer, die Privatsphäre und Komfort bieten.

Schlafzimmer 1: Großes Doppelbett (180 cm).

Schlafzimmer 2: Doppelbett (140 cm).

Bäder: Zwei separate Badezimmer sorgen für entspannten Komfort. Beide verfügen über Badewannen, Regenduschen und beheizbare Spiegel.

Ausstattung: Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen in der Wohnung zur Verfügung.

Lage Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in "Kreuzkölln" (Grenze Treptow). Hier hast du das Beste aus zwei Welten: Ruhe zu Hause, aber das Leben direkt vor der Tür.

Der Landwehrkanal (Paul-Lincke-Ufer / Maybachufer) mit seinen vielen Restaurants, Märkten und Cafés ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Zur Erholung sind sowohl der Görlitzer Park als auch der Treptower Park nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
