Minimum stay: 6 Months. The whole Apartment is available. It is a quiet and comfortable Place - groundfloor in the back of the house. The kitchen is well equipped and offers everything you need for a nice dinner. From the kitchen you enter into the little garden. The livingroom has a sleeping sofa (size 140 x 200) and a big table to work on. The sleepingroom has a single bed (size 120x200).

Thera are lots of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. You walk just 5 minutes you to the Havel, in 10 minutes you´ll reach Spandau train station. You find 2 different bus stops more less in front of the door. It is a green neighbourhood, so within a 10 miuntes walk you reach different parks to relax or do some jogging or sports-excercises.
