I’m renting out my lovingly furnished 4-room apartment in the lively and diverse Schillerkiez neighbourhood of Berlin-Neukölln, **available from the end of December 2026 for a temporary period of up to two years**.

The apartment is particularly suitable for **a couple, a small family, or two friends** who are looking for a comfortable home in Berlin for a longer period. Two students or working professionals sharing the apartment could also be considered, but I am looking for a **quiet and stable living situation rather than a typical shared-flat arrangement**.

The apartment:

* 4 rooms
* fully furnished
* 4 small bedrooms, each with a **loft-style bed**
* shared living and kitchen area
* great location in Schillerkiez, Neukölln

**Please note:** The four bedrooms are relatively small and each has a loft-style bed. They are therefore best understood as private sleeping and retreat spaces. The shared living area provides more room for cooking, eating and spending time together. The photos show the size and layout of the rooms as transparently as possible.

Rent: €1,450 cold rent + €200 additional costs = €1,650 total monthly rent

The additional costs include heating and electricity.
Internet is not included and needs to be arranged and paid for by the tenant.

I am looking for reliable, considerate tenants who will take good care of the apartment and are interested in a **longer-term, peaceful rental arrangement.
