Our two-room apartment has been completely modernized and is designed for both couples and singles. With an open-plan kitchen in the living area and an adjacent spacious dining area, the apartment offers plenty of room for enjoyment and relaxation.

The apartment is fully furnished; you'll find everything you need. Naturally, the apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, and a television; even towels and bed linens are provided. All operating and heating costs, as well as internet, electricity, and water, are included in the rent.

Parking space rental is optional and subject to availability and is not included in the flat-rate rent.

Position
The apartment is located in the green heart of Berlin. The Tiergarten park lies between Potsdamer Platz and the government district, the Brandenburg Gate and Zoo Station. The Tiergarten, with its large meadows, offers ample space for relaxation, sports, and leisure activities in the immediate vicinity.

Shops for everyday necessities are also within easy walking distance.

The transport connections are very good and are provided via bus line 106 on the nearby Levetzowstraße and the Hansaplatz subway station, which is about 750 m away.
