To call this „Kiez“ (Berlin dialect for district) popular, would mean a slight understatement. From countless cafés, restaurants and bars, to fashion stores, flea and weekly markets, various supermarkets and deli shops as well as theaters, cinemas, a swimming pool and open air karaoke at Mauerpark – there’s basically everything you need for the good life.

Still missing something? Walk down to Berlin-Mitte within a few minutes or let public transportation take you to any of the other districts. In the district you find a tasty breakfast. During the day you should try their delicious salads, soups, sandwichs, pancakes and cakes.
