Minimum stay: 10 Months. Very bright and quiet flat. With 2 brightly furnished rooms plus kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, etc. The bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine. Prices for heating, water and everything else are included. There are also towels, bed linen and everything you need to live right away.

You can use the garden of the house. The flat is located in a green, quiet and very safe part of Berlin Wedding. Schillerpark borders the residential area. It is a 3-minute walk to the U6 Rehberge underground station. Bars, cafés and grocery stores are all within a 10-minute walk. Each room can be equipped with a queen-size bed.
