The room that is layed out very well, the walls are well decorated, and when the sun shines through the big windows, the whole room lights up. The balcony is very sunny and comfortable - the perfect place to relax in the summer.

The apartment is located in a lively residential area in Berlin Mitte. The tram lines M2 and M8 and the subway line U8 run nearby. In the immediate vicinity you will find a few restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, doctors and bakeries. You can also reach various green spaces and parks, bars, gyms, bookstores and fashion stores.
