The house consists of two apartments: the ground floor is occupied by the owner, while we have been renting the upper and attic floors for the past year. The property is located just a 3-minute walk from the tram stop 62 / Seestraße. With excellent public transport connections, you can quickly reach either Köpenick station or Mahlsdorf station in just a few stops. The Mahlsdorf-Süd area is very green, right next to the forest, with beautiful nature, and all shopping facilities just around the corner. Parking is available directly on the quiet street in front of the house, and additional parking is also available on the property if needed.
