LIVE, WORK AND UNWIND
The living area opens onto the recently refurbished roof terrace. Inside, new, highly durable industrial-grade hard flooring in a herringbone pattern, electric roof windows, electric roller shutters and Artemide lighting create a bright, comfortable setting. The apartment was updated in July 2026, including the kitchen backsplash and electrical system.

Work from home at a dedicated desk with an ergonomic office chair and 250 Mbps Wi-Fi. Smart TVs and a Marshall sound system are provided.

The bedroom has a double bed; an additional guest bed is in the living room. A crib is available on request. Bed linen, pillows, blankets, towels and storage furniture are included. A private, lockable basement provides extra storage.

READY FOR EVERYDAY LIFE
The kitchen has a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and kitchenware. There is a washing machine in the apartment, plus a shower, bathtub, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and cleaning equipment. The building has a door intercom; the apartment has a smoke detector.

YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD
Sorauer Straße is a quiet, traffic-calmed residential street in lively Kreuzberg. Schlesisches Tor station, the Landwehr Canal, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and local shops are within easy reach. A convenient base for a work assignment, research stay, study period or relocation.

This is also our family's Berlin home. We rent it between our own stays for clearly agreed, fixed-term periods; you have the entire apartment to yourself during your rental.
