Minimum stay: 1 Month. The apartment is located in the City West district. From here, many attractions can be reached in a short time. The trade fair and the Olympic Stadium are just around the corner. A subway station and a supermarket are nearby. You can expect a modern, air-conditioned small apartment with a south-facing balcony. The apartment has a washing machine, a 55-inch smart TV, and air conditioning is available for an additional charge. There is also an elevator for easy access to the apartment.

The premises are non-smoking. Please note that smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Air conditioning usage will be billed separately. Please note that consumables must be purchased by the guests themselves. Please refer to the house rules for further information.
