Upon entering, you will find a spacious lounge with comfortable and large armchairs. As you continue walking, you will connect with another living room with a large open kitchen fully equipped with all the household goods and high-end appliances. In the night area, there is a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobes. The apartment has a complete double bathroom with a shower.
The property has air conditioning and heat pump heating. It also has internet and wifi included in the price. It is a ground floor.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
