The living and dining room has been decorated with vibrant colors and modern artwork that gives the space a lot of personality. The kitchen is in a separate room and is equipped with all the necessary appliances to start cooking from day one.
The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a double bed and a spacious wardrobe to store everything you need, and they share a full bathroom with a bathtub.
A third room, equipped as a studio, is the ideal space to work or study from home.
The apartment has electric heating, air conditioning and wifi.
The Clot neighborhood is one of Barcelona's most popular areas thanks to its peaceful atmosphere and excellent amenities. It also boasts a diverse culinary scene and is surrounded by green spaces perfect for relaxing and strolling.
The apartment is located just steps from the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, a modernist architectural gem well worth a visit. Another majestic landmark in the Catalan city is undoubtedly the magnificent Sagrada Familia Basilica, a 15-minute walk away.
The nearest station, "Camp de l'Arpa" (L5), is 3 minutes away; "Guinardó | Hospital de Sant Pau" (L4) is 8 minutes away.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
