The stay must be linked to a documented temporary residential need arising from studies, an internship, work, professional relocation, medical treatment, pending delivery of another home or another limited residential circumstance. It is not intended as a habitual or permanent residence. The reason for the stay, its duration and the tenant’s permanent address must be documented before signing.
