The day area features the living room that has access to the large and wonderful terrace. This will be your favorite place in the apartment to disconnect from the day, relax on the comfortable sofa or enjoy a drink with friends.
The kitchen is an independent space, it has everything you need to cook at home from the day of arrival, and here you will also find a dining area for 4 people.
The sleeping area has 2 comfortable double bedrooms, each with a desk to study or work at home. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower.

The location could not be better. in one of the nicest neighborhoods to live: Gracia. Not only for its proximity to the main points of the city, but also for its charm and beauty. The apartment is located in Carrer del Montseny, surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of stores.
The main square of the neighborhood is located 4 minutes away, where people gather in bars, restaurants and stores around the famous Clock Tower of the nineteenth century.
The nearest metro station is "Fontana" (L3).

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
