This monthly rental apartment in the Gràcia neighbourhood offers a comfortable and very bright space. The day area consists of a living-dining room with sofa and TV, with direct access to a private 5 m2 terrace overlooking the street, perfect for enjoying a coffee outdoors. The kitchen is integrated into the same space, equipped with fridge, microwave, daily utensils and a practical table with stools for dining.
The night area includes a double bedroom with wardrobes and direct access to the bathroom. The bathroom, fitted with a bathtub, also has a second entrance from the living room, making it a functional and practical space.
The apartment comes with high-quality finishes, laundry area, heating, split air conditioning and high-speed WiFi for greater comfort.
As for the location, it is only 8 minutes’ walk from Joanic metro station (L4) and 9 minutes from Fontana (L3), providing easy access to the rest of the city. The Gràcia neighbourhood is one of Barcelona’s most authentic areas, famous for its lively squares such as Plaça del Sol and Plaça de la Vila, its streets full of local shops, restaurants, charming cafés and its strong cultural offer, giving it a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
