This monthly rental apartment in Gràcia offers a cozy and functional day area. The living-dining room is furnished with a sofa, TV and dining table, creating a comfortable atmosphere to relax or share meals. Close by, yet separate, is the fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, daily utensils and plenty of storage space.
The night area is organized in the same section of the apartment. The main bedroom is an en-suite with built-in wardrobes, a private bathroom with bathtub and direct access to a balcony. The second bedroom is also double with built-in wardrobes. Both are complemented by a second complete bathroom with shower. In addition, this area integrates a study space with desk and chair, ideal for working or studying from home.
The apartment is equipped with split air conditioning units for heating and cooling in both the living room and the night area.
The building has an elevator, currently under renovation until the end of November.
As for the location, it is just a 10-minute walk from Lesseps metro station (L3) and 11 minutes from Joanic (L4). The Gràcia neighborhood is known for its authentic and vibrant atmosphere, with emblematic squares such as Plaça del Nord and Plaça de la Virreina, surrounded by restaurants, cafés and local shops. Nearby you’ll also find Parc de la Creueta del Coll and Jardins del Mestre Balcells, ideal for walking or outdoor activities. The area combines the tranquility of neighborhood life with excellent connectivity to the rest of the city.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
