The apartment has no air conditioning or heating. It is located at street level and is accessed by three steps. The building has no lift.

The maximum occupancy admitted in this listing is two people.

The stay must be linked to a documented temporary residential need arising from studies, work, medical treatment or another limited residential circumstance. It is not intended as a habitual or permanent residence. The reason for the stay, its duration and the tenant’s permanent address must be documented before signing.
