Multilingual administrative support
Ongoing communication and assistance in Spanish, English, or the tenant’s preferred language, with Catalan or Spanish remaining the contractual reference language.

Communication coordination
Provision of a dedicated communication channel for the management of non-urgent matters during the tenancy (available daily between 09:00 and 21:00).

Inventory documentation system

Ongoing tenancy support
General administrative and coordination support in relation to practical matters arising during the tenancy.

Legal Nature of the Service

The Service Membership:

Constitutes a service agreement separate from the rental contract
Covers administrative, coordination, and digital support services only
Does not include hospitality, cleaning, or touristic services
Is provided and invoiced independently and is not received by the property owner
Does not alter the legal classification or nature of the rental agreement

The Service Membership reflects the cost of the operational, administrative, and digital infrastructure required to support the tenancy and is not part of the rental price of the property.
