This monthly rental apartment in Eixample offers a practical and well-organized layout. Upon entering, you walk directly into a corridor that connects to the different rooms of the property.
The day area features a spacious living-dining room furnished with a sofa and TV, ideal for relaxing or sharing moments. From here you access a terrace facing the interior courtyard, bringing natural light and a quiet atmosphere. The terrace is directly connected to the main bedroom and also includes a practical laundry area. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with appliances and everyday utensils.
The night area includes a single bedroom and a study room, perfect for working or studying. The main bedroom, with direct access to the terrace, is bright and quiet. The complete bathroom has a bathtub.
The apartment is equipped with heating, air conditioning and wifi.
In terms of public transport, the apartment is just 4 minutes’ walk from Verdaguer station (L4 and L5) and very close to Avinguda Diagonal, one of the city’s main arteries. The Provença – Diagonal Tram stop is also nearby, providing excellent connections to other areas of Barcelona.
The surroundings offer several points of interest such as Passeig de Sant Joan, Casa de les Punxes and the iconic Sagrada Família. The area is full of cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and shops, making this location both convenient and attractive for temporary stays.

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
