This modern apartment is located in the right Eixample area. Only 600 meters from the Sagrada Familia, Plaza Tetuan, Glories shopping center and surrounded by the main supermarket chains and local bars and restaurants.

The apartment is very bright and spacious. It is a new building that has parking and pool on the terrace with an incredible view of the city.
Within the 3 rooms that it has, the main one with double bed and bathroom en suite are separated from the other two, both single bed.
On the other hand, also among the small, we find another bathroom for guests.
It is surrounded by balconies, including the living room that overlooks the corner of Ausias March street and where you can enjoy an aperitif in the afternoon.
And finally the kitchen, fully equipped and spaciously designed for the comfort of the tenants.

This is a rental for holiday use only, it requires a 2 month deposit. You must pay an agency fee, it is the administration fee x how many months you are renting.

Check in is monday to friday 10 to 4 any other time and we need to charge an addtional fee.

You will need flights to and from barcelona and to show you have sufficient funds for the holiday.
