Located in a privileged area you will be able to enjoy this bright flat fully furnished and equipped for your stay in Barcelona,
Distributed over 74 square meters you will find in its day area a spacious living-dining room with natural light coming in from both ends of the room. The living room has a comfortable sofa, television and air conditioning. It also has access to a long balcony overlooking the courtyard and where you will also find the laundry area.
The kitchen is integrated in an adjoining space with all the appliances designed to simplify your day to day life, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher among others.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, with natural light, bedside table and wardrobes. The flat has a complete bathroom with shower.
The flat is also heated by radiators and has high speed internet.
Just a 2-minute walk from the spectacular Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site, declared a World Heritage Site and which hosts various cultural and artistic events as well as being a work of art in itself. From there you can walk along Avenida Gaudí towards the Sagrada Familia, perhaps the most iconic work of art in the Catalan capital. Through this urban road you will discover different restaurants, bars, as well as different shops and services of first necessity. Close to the flat you will also find several supermarkets, pharmacies and hospitals.
It has access to public transport, just a minute's walk from the Sant Pau - Dos de Maig metro station (L5) and various bus lines.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
