The sleeping area consists of a double bed perfectly integrated into the same space as the living room, subtly separated by a decorative exposed brick wall and curtains that allow for privacy when desired. The bathroom, with a simple design, has a shower tray.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a desk for comfortable working, and excellent natural lighting thanks to the large windows.
Located in the Ciutat Vella district, it is just a 4-minute walk from the Sant Antoni metro station (L2), offering excellent connections to the rest of the city. The area offers a vibrant neighborhood life with markets, local shops, designer cafes, and all the charm of Barcelona's historic center.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
