This monthly rental apartment in the Sant Antoni district offers a practical and well-balanced layout that makes the most of each space.
Upon entering, a hallway connects on one side with the day area and on the other with the night area. The living-dining room is spacious and furnished, ideal for relaxing or sharing meals. The kitchen is independent yet open, divided by a wall that provides privacy without fully isolating it, and comes equipped with all necessary appliances and everyday utensils.
The night area includes three well-organized bedrooms: the main one, large and with a wardrobe; a second bedroom also spacious with a double bed; and a third room with a single bed and desk, perfect for studying or working from home. The complete bathroom has a shower.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating and wifi.
As for the surroundings, the Sant Antoni neighborhood has become one of Barcelona’s most attractive areas, full of cafés, restaurants, markets and local shops, all within a modern and lively atmosphere. Just a short walk away you’ll find the emblematic Sant Antoni Market and the vibrant Paral·lel avenue.
In terms of connectivity, the apartment is well connected with Poble Sec (L3) and Sant Antoni (L2) metro stations, both less than 10 minutes away on foot, as well as several bus lines providing fast access to the rest of the city.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
