The night area comprises two bedrooms, the master bedroom en suite with a full bathroom with a shower and spacious wardrobes. The second bedroom is double, with built-in wardrobes, and also has a desk. There is a second full bathroom with a bathtub.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating, and high-speed internet. It also includes a parking space with an electric car charger.
The building is a new development, with a communal terrace and swimming pool on the 13th floor (top floor) offering 360o breathtaking views of the city, perfect for the summer.
The area is very peaceful, just a stone's throw from Mora beach, with easy access for cars and the nearby Sant Roc station (L2). You will also find shops, local businesses, and restaurants in the area.
Badalona is a city located next to Barcelona, right on the Mediterranean coast. You are only 20 minutes by car from the center of the city, 15 minutes from the Sagrada Familia, and 10 minutes from the Diagonal Mar Shopping Center.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
