Spectacular over 130 square metre flat in the centre of Barcelona. Stay in the old town of Barcelona and enjoy its bohemian side surrounded by the artists who settled in the area during the 20th century, next to the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar and just a few minutes\' walk from the Palau de la Música Catalana, the Picasso Museum and the Ciutadella Park.

The flat can accommodate up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms and a toilet. The living room has a comfortable sofa and the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge and ceramic hob, as well as an integrated dishwasher. Towels and bed linen are also provided on arrival. It also has air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection.

- Agency fees:

* 1-2 months: €1,000 + VAT.
* 3-5 months: €1,900 + VAT.
* 6-9 months: €2,800 + VAT.
* 10-11 months: €3,850 + VAT.

- Security deposit: 1 month (subject to length of stay)

- Final cleaning €300

- Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: €350.

Our reception is located at 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is at 228 Carrer Aribau.

For corporate bookings, 21% VAT will be added to the published price.
