The apartment offers a generous living room, a separate fully-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, and a hallway with storage. At around 60 m2, there is plenty of space to live, study, and relax. It is fully furnished and ready to move in from day one — just bring your suitcase. High-speed WiFi and access to a washing machine in the building are included.

What makes this apartment truly special: you have exclusive access to a terrace and garden — a rare find in Munich. Whether you want to have breakfast outside, study in the fresh air, or unwind after a long day at university, the outdoor space is yours to enjoy. Please note that we, as your landlords, occasionally use a separate smaller terrace nearby for work purposes. We will always let you know in advance if we plan a longer session and keep this to a minimum.

Getting around is easy: Trudering station (U2 + S4) is 5 minutes away andputs you in the city centre in about 25–30 minutes. LMU, TU Munich, and the Ostbahnhof are all directly accessible.

A few house rules: no smoking inside, no pets, and quiet hours apply after 10 pm. We ask that all outdoor areas are treated with care. A security deposit will be required upon booking.
