The spacious apartment is furnished in a modern style and fully equipped. It has a combined living and sleeping area, separate kitchen, hallway and bathroom with bathtub. All rooms are equipped with modern porcelain stoneware tiles and with new soundproof and insulating glazing. In the combined living/bedroom there is: comfortable bed 140 x 200 cm (in some pictures you can still see the sofa which has been replaced by a bed), additional armchair, coffee table, dining table with 3 chairs, display cabinet, chest of drawers, wardrobe, flat screen LCD TV and internet flat rate DSL/WLAN. In the modern kitchen there is: refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave with grill, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a complete crockery and cooking set. The beautiful and modern bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet is kept in brilliant white. As a free service, we also provide you with bed linen, towels, iron and ironing board, laundry basket, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner and much more. A washing machine and dryer are located in the house.
